2009 Pricing and Information. New Pricing will go in effect October 15, 2008. All appointments already scheduled and prepaid before or on this date will get the guarantee of the old pricing. There are many new and exciting changes, first will be the new web page and online gallery for viewing your proofs, but there are also many new products and options available. Some have always been available just no one asked; others are brand new for 2009.

The Details

It is recommended that you bring someone with you to the session whether it be a parent /guardian or best friend. It makes the experience more relaxing and memorable. The session will offer you a variety of expressions to showcase your unique and creative personality.
Since my style of photography is a more natural, artistic image I prefer to shoot outdoors and use as much natural light as possible. The best time for your session is early in the morning or later in the evening close to dusk. Do not worry if the sky is overcast or cloudy, those are actually some of the most ideal days for a session. If it rains on your scheduled session date, I will call and reschedule. However if you prefer to have a studio session that is also an option and can be done at anytime. I have several different backdrops available to achieve the most natural look.

THINGS TO REMEMBER-

· Jewelry, Comb or Brush, Accessories for each outfit including belt & shoes (remember that sometimes the socks will show so match the outfit) For girls makeup and hair products for touch up.
· Specialty Items such as sports uniforms & equipment, musical instruments, pets and etc. Things that help express your per­sonality.
· If you wear eyeglasses, for the best results the lenses should be removed which your optometrist can do, or they usually will let you borrow a matching frame.
· When choosing your outfits choose something that is more casual like what you would normally wear, and then maybe one more formal outfit. Solid colors are best, but a small simple pattern is okay. Layering in your outfit is also good because it allow for options and versatility.

STUDIO POLICY-

· The session fee is due at the time of your photo session.
· A non-refundable $100 payment is required when you pick up your proofs in order for them to leave the studio. This payment is applied to your print order. Proof book and Online gallery will be available for 30 days. At the end of the 30 days the minimum print order must be placed.

· A minimum print order of $100 is required for all portrait sessions. This does not include the purchase of proofs.
· Remaining balance is due when order is completed. NO pictures will be delivered until full amount of order is paid. Prices do not include sales tax. A 7.3% sales tax will be added to final bill.
· Prices are subject to change without notice.
· All proofs & prints are protected under Federal Copyright laws. Because of this ALL of our prints include our studio logo or hand signed. It is illegal to reproduce them in any way. Duplication of our images without written permission from Nowak Photography is a federal offense, and could result in up to $10,000 in fines and/or imprisonment.
· Please do not copy/scan our work for any reason including website use, myspace and facebook. For those of you that would love to have this, I do have the option to purchase 5 retouched images ready for the web. These images must be used in their entirety; they may not be cropped or changed in anyway. Thanks!
· The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives and previews remain the exclusive property of this studio.
