Reserving the Date

To reserve your wedding date, your must sign a wedding photography contract and a non-refundable de­posit in the amount of $500 is required. This deposit in applied to your Wedding Package. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks prior to your wedding date. A minimum print order of $250 is required.


STUDIO POLICY
A non-refundable $250 payment is required when you pick up your proofbooks in order for them to leave the studio. This payment is applied to your print order. Proofbook and Online gallery will be available for 60 days. At the end of the 60 days the minimum print order must be placed.

• A minimum print order of $250 is required for WEDDING PACKAGES. This does not include the purchase of proofbook, proof box or digital negatives.
  Remaining balance is due when order is completed. NO pictures will be delivered until full amount of order is paid. Prices do not include sales tax. A 7.3% sales tax will be added to final bill.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
• All proofs & prints are protected under Federal Copyright laws. Because of this ALL of our prints include our studio logo or hand signed. It is illegal to reproduce them in any way. Duplication of our images without written permission from Nowak Photography is a federal offense, and could result in up to $10,000 in fines and/or imprisionment.
• Please do not copy/scan our work for any reason including website use, myspace and facebook.
• The studio reserves the right to use negatives and/or reproductions for display, publication or other purposes. Negatives and previews remain the exclusive property of this studio.
